I teach across undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD levels. My courses focus on organizational behavior, social networks, and the strategic management of human capital. At the PhD level, I lead seminars on social network analysis and organizational theory, helping doctoral students develop rigorous research programs. At the Master’s and undergraduate levels, I teach courses that examine how informal structures, influence, and power shape performance, collaboration, and career outcomes inside organizations.
Beyond the classroom, I have experience in public speaking and executive education on themes of social networks, leadership, and influence. In these settings, I translate academic research into actionable insights for managers and organizations seeking to better understand how informal relationships drive performance.
